ABOUT US
When music is streamed, bought in a foreign country, broadcast on the radio or played live, there are
royalties to be collected. There are billions in unclaimed worldwide royalties from all of these sources.
Neighboring Rights a.k.a. Related Rights refer to the right to publicly perform or broadcast a sound
recording. These rights earn royalties that are payable to the rights holder of a master recording as well as for any performer who has made an audible contribution. Most music creators are not aware of the back-end specifics that lead to these payouts and all too often this money is left unclaimed.
Performer Rights pioneer Dennis Dreith and entertainment industry veteran Shari Hoffman have
established Transparence Entertainment Group to fill that void.
