Introducing a new series at TEG: Spotlights! These spotlights exhibit the talent and accomplishment of our wide roster of clients, each week focusing on a different artist, instrumentalist, or producer. This week’s TEG Spotlight is on Muni Long!

Priscilla Renea (Muni Long) is an up-and-coming singer songwriter from Florida. After writing for the likes of Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Pitbull and Kesha, Muni Long found success as an artist from hits such as “Hrs and Hrs”.

Muni Long released her first studio album, Jukebox, with Capitol Records under the name Priscilla Renea in 2009 after finding popularity through posting videos of herself singing on YouTube. Following the release of Jukebox, Long began writing songs for other artists, eventually working with artists such as Rihanna, Demi Lovato, Madonna, Selena Gomez, Chris Brown, Little Mix, and more. Long released her second studio album, Coloured, in 2018, her last project under her given name. Under the Muni Long monicker, she went on to release a series of EPs titled Black Like This, Nobody Knows, and Public Displays of Affection, the latter being the most successful project due to the virality of tracks such as “Time Machine” and “Hrs & Hrs.”

Long most recently released Public Displays of Affection: The Album, a compilation album including all songs from her Public Displays of Affection and Public Displays of Affection Too EPs, also including six new tracks. Listen to Muni Long in our TEG Client Spotlight Playlist:
